Nevrios

Ingredients

Maida 3cups
Salt to taste  -  this is for the outer covering
Sugar little
Water to knead the dough

Filling 

Dessicated coconut 1/4 cup
Rawa    1/4cup
Sesame seeds  2 tblsp
Kuskus           2tblsp
cashewnuts    3tblsp
Raisins           3tblsp
Sugar             1/4cup
Cardamon    6pods
Salt to taste

Procedure


Warm some water . In this put the sugar and salt . Put the maida in a bowl and add little warm oil.Add the water just enough to mix the dough. knead the dough well and keep it to stand for some time.
In a small pan add some oil and fry the cashewnuts ,remove it and then add the raisins.On a tawa fry all the other remaining ingredients.Once all the ingredients are fried ,put it into a vessel and mix it well with sugar and salt. Lastly add cardamon powder.

Now take the dough and make small balls and roll it out as small puris . Let it be thin. Then take little of the filling and put it in the centre and then fold it over it will form a half moon.Seal the edges well and cut the sides with a special cutter which is available just for nevrios. Continue doing this till all the dough and filling is over. Then in a big kadai keep oil and once the oil is hot fry it on both sides. Let it become lightly brown. Remove it on a tissue. It can be stored in an airtight container for nearly 15 days.

Mutton Chops

INGREDIENTS

Mutton 1/2 kg
Onions 4 to 5 medium
Ginger  small piece
Garlic  5 Pods
Baffat Powder 2 tblsp
Tomatoes 5
Green chilly  2
Cloves and cinnamon
Salt to taste
One small bunch of corriander leaves

PROCEDURE

In a kadai take little oil. Once it is hot, add the cinnamon and cloves.Now add the ginger and garlic which has been chopped fine. Then add the onions fry it well, put the tomatoes and let it get fried well and form a paste. Now add the baffat powder, let it fry well till the raw smell dissapears. Add the green chilles.
Now add the meat which has been cleaned and washed.Add the salt. Let it boil well. It may take 45minutes if you bring tender meat.
Garnish it with corriander leaves.

Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS

Dream whip 1 packet
Jello 1 packet
Philadelphia cheese packet
Water 1/2 glass
Butter 3 to 4 fingers
Biscuits 2 packets marie or digestive

PROCEDURE

1.) Put the biscuits in the blender.


2.) Melt the butter in the pan. Mix the biscuit with the butter and put it in the tray and press it.Keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour.


3.) Put the jello, cheese and water in the blender and whip it up nicely.


4.) Top it up with the pie filling. Keep it in the fridge till it sets.

Rawa Ladoos

INGREDIENTS

Rawa 2 cups
Cashew 1cup
Coconut powder 2cups
Ghee to fry
Boiled milk
Sugar 2cups

PROCEDURE

Fry the cashew and coconut. Put in the mixer and grind coarsely. Fry the rawa in the ghee. Now add the sugar and fry for i min.Add the cashew mixture and fry for1 min and mix it well. Add milk little by little and make ladoos.
