Bread Fruit Sukka ( Devisso Guzo )

Ingredients

BREAD FRUIT (1 WHOLE OR HALF)
ONION                    
CHILLY POWDER
MUSTARD
CHANA DAL
GARLIC
CURRY LEAVES
GRATED COCONUT
SALT

Procedure

Cut the bread fruit in  small fine pieces after removing the skin. Boil it adding salt .Don't close the lid as it will over boil and the taste will differ. Once it is boiled, keep it aside and take some oil in another vessel and add mustard, chana dal, crushed garlic curry leaves and the onion and keep frying it till the onion becomes brown.  
Now add the chilly powder and quickly fry it as it should not get burnt and add this to the boiled bread fruit. Stir it well and finally add grated coconut. It goes well with rice and dal.
