Ingredients
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Mushroom 10
Onion 2 medium
To grind corriander leaves
ginger 1 inch
garlic 5 pods
green chilly 4
one cube cheese
lemon juice
salt
Procedure
Grind all the above ingredients into a paste and keep it aside. Take the chicken breast and trim the fat cut it in slices wash it and pat it dry. Flatten the chicken breast and apply the ground masala and let it marinate over night.
For the filling cut the onion very finely and fry it add the finely cut mushroom and let the water dry . Add little pepper and salt.This is a filling to be put inside the flattened chicken breast.
Take the flattened chicken breast and put little filling in the centre and put a piece of cheese and roll the chicken tightly . You can dip it in egg and bread crumbs or shallow fry it just by dipping in egg.Serve it hot.
