15 mangoes( small variety)
4 green chillies
Jaggery according to your taste

Procedure
Remove the skins from the mangoes. Soak the skins in water. Boil the mangoes in a vessel with the green chillies salt and jaggery. Add the water after squeezing out the skins. Let the mangoes boil well. Once the mangoes are boiled and water has been reduced give it a bagar with mustard , red chilly and udith dhal. Yummy mangoes are ready to be served.
